I raised the price by a little on one of my paid subscriptions and it's seemed to mess everything up with existing subs. I searched this forum and found threads asking about this and assurances from Staff here that it wouldn't be a problem. That old subscribers would be charged the old amount and new subscribers the new amount.
Only thing is, that's not how it works.
PayPal charges the old amount of the recurring subscription, but VB calls it a payment failure and put's this as the cause: invalid_payment_amount
So, the member is being charged by PayPal, but VB calls it a failure and reverts the subscriber to the old non-sub usergroup.
Anyone have a way to correct this problem?
