    Error 400: Bad request

I have recently installed vbulletin and vbadvanced. Everything appears to work ok but when I try and alter the css in style manager I am getting this error when I try and save css.

    Error 400: Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
    Probable reasons are:
    • You sent a plain HTTP request to an SSL-enabled server port. Instead please use the HTTPS protocol to access this URL, like this: https://example.com:8443/</B>
    • You made a typo in the request, e.g., typed a comma instead of a colon. Please re-check the URL.
Please contact your webmaster if you are not sure what goes wrong.

    Any suggestions??

Check to make sure this directory and file is chmod'd to 777:

      ...includes/datastore/datastore_cache.php

If it's not set to 777, this could be the problem.

Can you give me any idea of what the board is trying to do on the server that is causing the error?

ok, its fixed now. I contacted my host (jodohost) and received this reply.

I have added exclusion rule for this in mod security.
Please try now and it should be fine now.

              That has fixed the problem.
