Can Admin read members private messages ?

I was wondering if an Admin could read members' private messages ?

I'm using Vbulletin 3.8.1 patch level 1

There is a modification that will allow them to easily read them, yes. Anybody with access to the database *could* read them, though. It's just not real pretty reading stuff directly from the database.
