I'm just so tired of excuses by the vB Cloud support team as they didn't seem to be able to resolve my reported bugs at all (some was reported 2 months ago). Most of the time they just ignored my emails. So I'm just moving to another forum instead.
Now the problem is that when I asked the support team to export my forum database for me since there is no way for end user to do that. They exported the DB encoded in Latin-1 while my forum is in Thai. I sent the support team an email again explaining I can't use the exported database since it became garbage texts once it's imported to my new forum. One of the support team replied me "I have no control over whether it is Unicode. It is an automated process that activates after I click a button."
So, any idea how can I restore Unicode texts encoded in Latin-1 charset please?
