Do we get any kind of command line, shell/database access with VB Cloud?

We are still trying to restore our photo albums from our migration to VB Cloud. Is the reason I ask this.

No. You don't have FTP/Shell/Database access in vBCloud.

You do not. You would need to provide the missing attachments in their native file structure and open a ticket to have them uploaded to the server.

Excellent! I'll see if we can do that. Thanks.

Can I upload a file directly to VB server for our forum? I have the file we need, but I don't know how to get it on there. Waiting for so long to get help is hard on me...

No, we don't offer this facility.

Your ticket will be picked up as soon as we can.

Working on it. Had to uncompress, reconfigure and then recompress the file to get rid of the extra stuff in it.

Wanted you to know. Just checked a few members albums out and I see their photos. I'm not sure how far along you are in the process but it appears to be working!

                        All files should be restored.

Yes!!! I haven't seen any missing so far. Thanks so much for hanging in there with me and getting everything running!

We noticed the albums don't have covers now, just the broken link icon. Is that fixable with our forum management tools? Or do they need reassigned manually by the member?

They would need to be manually updated by the users. I don't have a workaround for that.

When we try to upload photos we get this error now, trying to upload to an album or the photo icon when leaving a comment:

                              invalid_attachment_storage
