It seems this has been resolved. If you make changes to the CSS, it may take a few minutes for the new files to be copied to all servers. There is currently no way around this on the support side.Translations provided by Google.

This is just how it is on the Cloud platform, it can take several minutes for style and other changes to propagate out.MARK.B
