1.Certain moderators should mod different forums (optional) but make sure that the moderator your choosing is a active member.

2.Do Not make a User a Mod if he/she is not active & doesnt not respect Moderators & Staff.

3.If you want responsible mods make a Forum called "Staff Appilcation" & in that forum make a Sticky.& in that sticky mkae a post saying this "Currently we are looking for...

    1.Super moderators
    2.PSP/PC Mod
    3.Support
    4.GFX Team members

When filling out an application please include which one of these specified jobs you would like to do and why you think you should do it. If you've had experiance please note that in your application."

A link to your 'successful forum' would be nice.

While Google.com is definitely a successful site. It wasn't because of community or moderators in the beginning. I also have a nagging feeling that this isn't the original poster's actual site. I could be wrong but have to go with the gut here.

I am wondering if he owns a license, which he probably should not judging by his posts. How about getting rid of him? I am quite sure that professional support forums don't need pre-puberty garbage.

Well in his previous thread "How to be a successful site owner" (without the part2, but with a poll) he admitted to not owning vBull. He also admitted to being young... at least young enough to not be able to charge to design a logo for somebody (?).

He's a troll for sure, but I'm not certain of staff policy here for trolls. We just don't need to feed him. I'm out.
Anybody who says "it can't be done" will usually be interrupted by somebody who is already doing it.
