Today we're announcing the availability of Release Candidate 4 of vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite and vBulletin 4.0 Forum. If you have an active vBulletin license, you can download your copy of RC4 from the vBulletin Members Area at: http://members.vbulletin.com .

You may be wondering why we skipped releasing RC3 after releasing RC2 this past Friday. We started on RC3 last week and launched it on vBulletin.com yesterday. We have already fixed more than 50 bugs since we started RC3; therefore, I wanted to make sure you all had access to the latest build with RC4.

There are still two known issues with the RC4 release that are important to be aware of. The fixes for these issues are currently being tested. If these issues are critical to your community's function, we recommend that you do not install RC4.

* UTF-8 URL Problem
* Article Tags bug. There is a bug where you cannot add tags when you create an article the first time. If you go back and edit an article, you can then add tags.
