All of us at vBulletin are pleased to announce the release of vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite Beta 3 and vBulletin 4.0 Forum Beta 3, our first public beta release of vBulletin 4.0. We’re extremely excited about hitting this milestone, and we know many of you can’t wait to get your hands on the product and start playing around with it.

Beta 3 is available to all vBulletin 4.0 pre-sale customers. If you’re a pre-sale customer, you can download your copy of Beta 3 from the vBulletin Members Area at: http://members.vbulletin.com/

Since the launch of Beta 2 on vBulletin.com, we’ve fixed more than 100 bugs thanks to valuable feedback from our customers and hard work on the part of our developers. Please keep the feedback coming as you explore Beta 3.

Why can i don't download the beta...?? i payd on vbulletin-germany.com, but there is no vb4??

It's probably vBulletin-Germany's decision when they are going to release the beta to their customers.

That said there are good news for active license holders like me:

We have decided to go ahead and open up beta to the largest possible audience. Instead of waiting for the gold release, active license holders will be given access to beta. We should be able to have this in place by the end of the day on Monday (Pacific time).

So anyway, surely this style issue can be fixed? Otherwise, pointless releasing it.
