  1. So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish

by Mike Sullivan on Mon 11th May '09 at 10:23am

I started writing some modifications for the vB 1.1 series (the member list and the PM system came from my code originally), and at the end of 2000, I was brought on to help with development of vB 2.0. Aside from a short period where I focused on my university studies, I've been involved in vB's development since then. Many of you probably know that I even relocated from the US to the UK 3 ...

  4. vBulletin 3.7.5 Scheduled Release: January 6th

by Mike Sullivan on Thu 18th Dec '08 at 8:35am
Normally, the scheduled release date for 3.7.5 would be December 30th (last Tuesday of the month). However, given that this is in the middle of the holidays, we will be delaying the release of 3.7.5 until Tuesday, January 6th 2009, one week after the normally scheduled date.

3.7.5 is simply a bug fix/maintenance release. No new features have been added. If you're looking for new features, vBulletin 3.8 is where to look.

  5. Project Tools 2.0.0 Alpha Installed on vB.com!

by Mike Sullivan on Wed 25th Jun '08 at 1:09pm
The new version of the Project Tools has been installed here on vB.com. Check it out!

The last couple blog posts covered some of the new features, but I hope you'll stumble upon a few others. That said, there's a lot behind the scenes that you won't see.

If you find anything you think is a bug, please take a look at the bug list. From there, you can report a new bug. Make sure to select 2.0.0 Alpha from the version list!

    Enjoy!
