Testing on the vBulletin official forums (vb4 beta 2), when posting using quick reply in a forum which requires you to wait before posting again, no error message is displayed, instead it just does nothing. Not the best of things.
Example, in the test forums i posted a message, thentried posting through the full editor was informed of the 30 second limit, then tried again through quick rpley and nothing happened.
