Can't view Ignored users posts

In vB3, even though a user was on your ignore list, we could still see their post by clicking the View Post link.

In vB4, it's not there. In fact, the entire Ignore Postbit seems a mess. See the attachment.

Seems to be an issue for regular users. Moderators can view them.
