Problem when Update RSS Feeds on vBulletin.com forum

Problem when Update RSS Feeds on vBulletin.com forum , every update in vBulletin Announcements forum , i get the same last 4 threads this happened after updateing vBulletin.com from 3.8.4 to 4.0.0 Beta 1 , sorry for bad English :)

he did the flood because when he post the bug it came with database error , he didn't notice the bug already posted , so he tryin to make the post bug came with him successfully , then he discoverd the posts have the database error already added
