character at the beginning or end of username

ive noticed after using impex that
the usernames who begin or end in an odd characters:


PaNaMaShOtTiE!
$oFuKaBL3
`|sin|cereâ„¢.
qυιnтεssεnтιαℓ
han!
Mrz.Git Bad!
cOpp'

dont get brought over.

i am converting from IPB 2.3.6 to Vbulletin 3.8.3
please check this out and verify.
