Invalid issue specified after using "go to last post"

After clicking on the small little arrow "go to last post" I got the error message "Invalid Issue specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" because the issuenoteid is zero. See attached image.

All projects on FORUMHOME are affected.

It seems this only happens after creating a new issue. Answering functions as intended.

Fixed here, it only happened with new issues.

I am still getting this for new issues on my 2 Beta install. More specifically, the issueid in the URL is empty during the redirect when posting a new issue.

Well, FORUMHOME does work here for me, but not in project overview on project.php. See screenshot.

I can confirm the bug here itself.

Go to http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/project.php and check the 'Go to last post' link for my actual issue (there isn't any reply for now).

Should have this fixed now. The first note gets inserted after the issue, and when it got inserted, it wasn't triggering the updates it should (because of a > vs >= choice).
