ImpEx System doesn't 'Save Display Order'

Sometimes there is a need (for big boards) to do cleaning into new database with ImpEx System.
At least I try to do it in order to efficient the my board.

The problem is that the ImpEx System doesn't 'Save Display Order' of the forums... and after that we need to work hours to change the display orders and to put them in right location/position.

If there is a possibility to fix it please ?

From the same version and allso to the new version.

I explain the way that i do, maybe it's wrong :
I do a new installation on new data, import the ImpEx tool in to the new forum that I make... in the CP I go to ImpEx tab and do the import from vBulletin...

I don't see any step that ask me if i want to do "A merge or a clean import" !!!
in the ImpEx tab there is only the import tab and after that to chose from where.
