MyTopix Subforums not Converted

When using ImpEx to import from MyTopix 1.3.0, subforums are not imported.

Neither the forum itself, nor its posts & threads are imported.

Workaround: Convert subforums to normal forums. Import. Modify them to be sub-forums once more.

I believe I have fixed this in the code, though haven't been able to test with a forum with nested forums as of yet.
