NT 4.0 server people help

I am running nt 4.0 with IIS. We got the website working but everytime we click in the url for the website.. we get a network login box. Anyone know how to remove that?

During the installation process of IIS a new user called IUSR_blah is created. Check your local permissions first. Then check IIS permissions on your website, point to directory security and be sure you have anonymous access enabled with "allow IIS to control the password".
