just wanted to know theres this site i go to pwered by vBulletin that contains offensive, racist, crude , sexiest posts
the moderator and owner of the site does not seem to be pushing to clean this site up many posts are left open for all to view which have inflammtory messages ..the site has set rules but doesn seem to be sticking by them
who is in charge ? the webmaster of the site or vBulletin
do vbulletin have any disclaimer on this?
shouldnt they be checking/pushing customers to keep there site "clean"

vBulletin & Jelsoft are not responsible for this.
vB is not supposed to be used for "warez" but other than that, Jelsoft can't control or do anything about other stuff being posted.

It's up to the individual website to judge their content, not vBulletin/Jelsoft.
