Anyone have a suggestion for a good manual/book for MySQL & PHP? I am new to vBulletin and would like to get a better insight to this format.

i would check out the mysql user manual book (http://www.mysql.com/portal/books/item-60.html) ...it's very good or even the oreilly mysql book (http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/msql2/) ..also very good.
