Power to temporarily disable accounts.

I think it would be a good idea to add an option for moderators to have the ability to temporarily disable accounts. This would be used when the admin is not around but somebody is like spamming and it would be best if you could stop him.

Do you understand? What do you think?

A way to "suspend" users might not be a bad idea. It would be a simple hack though.

Add a column to the users table for IsSuspend with an enum 'y' or 'n' value. Then when cookies are checked if they are suspended delete the cookie. And change the login code to not allow the person to log in if they are suspended.
