MySQL Crontab Backup

Thanks a trillion for posting the backup script! I've got it installed and working. When I run it from the command line, it works fine, but it says the following:

tar: Removing leading `/' from member names

I'm not totally clear on what this means and I wondered if you might enlighten me. Thanks again!
