Problem on Step 3 - Database Connect

Err I am having a little problem on step 3 on the install for 1.1.3

Here is the error message I get.. Any idea's?

I solved my own problem.

This is for anyone who has the same problem as I just described.

On my particular webhost it shows the dbname as pixeljun_forum

my username was pixeljun_board


in the config file instead of putting in forum as the dbname and forum as your username put the whatever_forum as username and whatever_board as the dbname.


The password doesn't have the whatever_pass on it though just use that as just pass

why would you run 1.1.3? there are known security issues with it.

Use your license info to download either 1.1.5 or 2.0.0 Beta 2.
