Any Review Making Scipts Out?

Hi ya

I am making a website, and I was wondering if any of you knew any decent scripts (PHP or CGI) that allow 'reviewers' to write reviews online and submit it to the site with pictures etc.
It would retail the look of the whole site, but with the review added.
