I am working on a page, testing both in NS and IE,
when I reload the page after making a change, NS just gets the page from somewhere without getting the newest one.
I have meta names, "expires" (1998), and "pragma"
no-cache, but still reload doesn't show my most recent changes. I am using communicator 4.something, the one before 6
