Quick question

I've got a site for the new Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines game that's supposed to be coming out in a few months.

Now, my problem is this. If you look up at the top of the page, you've got the logo, and the CP buttons under it. The background for those is grey, but I want to change it to the gradient bar that's behind the categories. I tried editing Header to include it, but I think I might be doing something wrong. Any help would be incredibly appreciated.
