Where is the thread template?

For some reason the quote button (reply_small.gif) in 3RC2 is hardcoded to 55x17 and I can't figure out what template it's in to change it. Any ideas? It's driving me nuts. The Edit button right next to it isn't setup like this, and it's not like that on this board that I can see.

Thanks a lot. The existing image was exactly 1px too small both ways - just enough to make the new one look ridiculous. I appreciate it.
