Credit Card Ordering Errors

Hello,

I was unsure where to post this message, so I posted here. If there is a special support forum that I may have missed, I apologize.

I am trying to purchase a leased liscense of vBulletin. However, there seems to be a little bit of trouble ordering. I have a Visa card that is valid (I just bought a Slurpee with it about an hour ago), yet I get an error message on the ordering page telling me that my card number is invalid. I must purcase this liscense as soon as possible; a quick explaination or allieviation would be very much appreciated. I understand that these sorts of things happen.

Have you tried doing it with or without spaces?

Without. I also used dashes. Should I use spaces?

We don't have any other reports of order problems and I've seen a few credit card orders go through today. :confused:

Don't put in dashes. Try doing it without dashes or spaces.

Actually, it seems WorldPay was having some trouble, because last night it was giving me all sorts of errors. I tried it this morning and it worked. Thanks for your help, guys.
