the forum wont resize ????

Im having a bit of problem here right now and i BET its just easy but i cant find it =(
On our forum http://host74.ipowerweb.com/~arctic-r/forum if you use explorer the forum resizes when you make the window bigger or smaller.
But when you use mozilla and i think netscape and those good browsers the forum wont resize. It looks and feels like a table has a fixed width somewhere but i can NOT find it anywhere ?

Any idea where i can begin looking ?

I just tried it with Firebird 0.7 and it resized fine.

hmmm. i guess i have to try to update my mozilla then.. hmmmm

well i updated to mozilla firebird 7. still wont do it.
Look at this (http://host74.ipowerweb.com/%7Earctic-r/advert/resize.jpg). Im at 1280*1024 and it wont do it.. strangest thing.
I just resized it a little to the sides and the scroll bars appears =(
