I just wanted to break apart from my complaints as of late, to clarify to everyone at Jelsoft and the development team of how grateful I am for the work put into vBulletin 2.
My complaints are always about specific points, and not about the overall product, nor about the service and support offered to me.
I just went to the members area and upgraded my license from a leased yearly one to a permanent one - that's the only tangible way I know of expressing my trust in this company and its product.
