Polls only need to be option in forum section of control panel

I would like to see polls be switchable for each forum. I would like to have one forum for polls and disable them in the rest of the forums.

Create a forum called polls, allow polls to be created in them and disable them in all other categories. This feature is there. The only thing it can';t do I think is disable regular messages in the "poll" forum.

Are we running different Beta versions?? I do not have the ability to turn on and off polls in specific forums. I went to add forum and looked at every option. It's not there.

It's a usergroup (and forum permission) option.

Turn off post polls in all usergroups. Go to the forum permissions and give the usergroups you want to be able to post polls permission to post polls in the forum you want them in.
