i want have 2 languages on my post reply!
for example download this attch file (Farsi and english)

If this can be done in vBulletin, I am sure it will be a great hack, I would like to have in that case English and Urdu (80% same as Farsi) Language.

Can anyone out there help in this regard ???

You can translate the phrases and have as many languages on your board as you want. There is also a hack at vBulletin.org that will allow guest to choose a language.

I think you are talking about the board language in which different features appear, where its about posting a message in a different character set, and giving users option to toggel between two languages while posting/replying :)
