Moderate polls

On several of the vB2 boards I've visited, I've noticed that the users have gone poll-mad, and a lot of the administrators would like an addition to the usergroup permissions list that says 'user can post polls, but moderate before posting' - basically so that any registered user can post a poll, but instead of instantly being added to the thread list, it is added to the moderation queue for approval.

Obviously this won't be to everyone's taste, but it would certainly be nice to have the option.

The poll craze will subside as soon as people get used to it. It's a new feature and people like playing with it.

But whats wrong with going poll crazy? If it draws people to the forums more power to it.
