I bought a own license on 12/23/2003 and until now didn't receive any email about that order. Is this normal? Please, help

nothing Faranth... the onlything i got is a receipt from paypal.... but nothing from Vbulletin

did you just now send an email to support@vbulletin.com or sales@vbulletin.com ? i got a standard auto resonder not but 3 seconds ago

I have cross referenced the transaction ID given above with our support ticket system and found all but your latest support ticket had been replied to all with the same information. I have resent your password and customer id to the email address associated with that account.

My suggestion to you is to look in your spam folder on your AOL account as you are probably filtering the emails we have sent (about 2 dozen so far from the looks of it).

In addition to all the support ticket responses, I sent two separate emails from my personal account to you. I'm not sure what more we could have done. :)
