spoiler tag?

I was wondering how I would be able to create a spoiler tag in bbcode? I guess its similar to a quote but it blacksout the text are makes the text hidden so you have to highlight over the text in order to read it...

Im probably pretty stupid but looking at that page it only has the swf bb code....and i looked around the other pages and did not see a spoiler tag one O____O
