Converting phpbb2 styles to vBulletin?

I have used several forums running vBulletin and I am quite impressed. I have been using phpBB for a while now and its a very nice system but over time more bugs start to surface (expecially when adding new hacks). So, I have started looking into purchasing vBulletin. I am already aware of the ability to convert my phpBB database to vBulletin but what about my style? I am not sure I would want to redo my whole style again in vBulletin's system.... I put alot of work into making it how I like it now.

So, is there any program/script/etc that will convert a phpBB style to vBulletin?

I'm not aware of any style converter and I honestly don't know if the import script does anything about the styles. Maybe someone who has imported a phpBB can help.

The importer doesn't do styles but it should actually only take about 15 minutes to manually configure your vBulletin to use your phpBB style. I have done this in the past with good results.

I am interested in doing whatever I can to match VB to my old phpbb site

Posting in this forum link below, that should get you some help? Plus you can post at www.vBulletin.org/forum and make sure you post the CSS and if possible mention exactly what these are or what you want them to do? ;)

Hope this is OK to jump in on folks. Believe it or not, I have today re-launched my vBulletin styles forum and one of the services I am starting is conversion of templates from other applications such as phpBB/Mambo etc to vBulletin. You might want to take a look at the site linked in my sig.

I have converted several styles from phpBB with excellent results (some testimonials on my forum). I can show you these if you want to see them. Please let me know if I can help.

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page). If you are not the license owner, you have to ask the owner to add your email addy into that field for you. For further info, please read our FAQ page.
