Could an automatic happy birthday pm be delivered?

I really need this. It would be good to wish all my members a happy birthday automatically as I can't keep up with it myself.

It should be possible to make a hack for it as long as you have access to the cron tool on your server.
Anyone volunteering to make it? :)
