Hi All,

Had to post here as I cannot post elsewhere yet.
I have paid for the full version of vbulletin with my credit card and have been told that I will have to wait 24-48 hours before I can download the software :confused:

On the purchase page it says 'instant download' - what exactly does that mean then ?
Instant but not quite, in fact were not sure when :rolleyes:

all credit cards must be manually approved.

once the payment goes though you have instant download access ;D

Had to post here as I cannot post elsewhere yet.To be able to post in the support forums you first need to be a licensed customer and register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here:

http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php

...and enter your email address (the one you used to register on the forums) in one of the boxes. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access that page.

If you still have problems after doing this, send an email to support@vbulletin.com. Please include your user name, then email address you registered with and your customer number so we can fix the problem.

All done, thanks for the quick replies.

Off to post a 'help me' in tech forum as I cannot connect to my sql database, something simple I hope.
