Error on dumping ´Post´

Hi (and sorry for bad english) ;) ,

i have dump with phpmyAdmin `post´. If i try to upload the *.sql File, phpmyAdmin print a Error:

Warning: Max file size of 2097152 bytes exceeded - file [sql_file] not saved in Unknown on line 0

Ok, the file is over 2,5 MB, what must i do to import the File?

You either need your host to allow bigger uploads or use telnet to insert the file.
Do you have telnet access?
