First, a friendly tip. On your Web site's vBulletin Manual page there is a spelling error.

"User / member - someone who has registered or posted a message on your bulletin board. As an administrator, you are a user who has administrative priveledges."

The last word, of course, should be "privileges."

Questions:

1. Do you have a reduced license fee for not-for-profit organizations?
2. I need to run multiple forums. Currently I have a membership software that allows me to restrict access to selected URLs. Examples: the user addresses the URL to Forum 1 and enters the username and password and is granted access. So, the basic question is "may I use different URLs to access different forums?"

To your remark, due to the upcoming release of vB3 a new website has been designed, and a team is also working on brand new documentation.
To your questions:
1. There is no discount to NFP organizations.
2. By forums, I assume you mean like forums here (vBulletin Announcements and Chit Chat), and not separate installations.
If I understand what you mean, your options are:
1. You would need to find a way to integrate your existing software into vBulletin.
2. You can use vBulletin to manage everything.
3. You could use vBulletin just to manage the forum access (and find a way to share the member database).
4. (Not Recommended) You could integrate the code in a way which overlays the vBulletin system (there are a few different methods here).

A note on option 2 and 3: vBulletin has comprehensive permission controls, from usergroups, to individual user access, to password protection of forums.
