in Gamma how do you tell a post's been reported if your an admin/mod ?

You get an email, or the moderator of that specific forum, I believe (It might work differently in vB3). Best way to know would be to ask someone to report a post...

Does vB even track reported posts, or does it just send an e-mail?
If it logs it, then the change could be a simple template conditional.
