Why I can't post in vbulletintemplates.com?

I register my email address and I can post here. I used the same username and email address to register at vbulletintemplates.com, but I can't post or read attachment there? Is there a waiting time?

try updating your email address once or twice there,

usually it just takes abit of time to get it up and working, always wait about 15-20 min or so
