hey vbulletin is great, but for some reaosn when I try and download it, it wont let me, i put my username (snickerdoodle) and then my password, or the number we needed to confirm our account and password? I would appreciate it

You need to login to the member's area using your customer number and password.

vBulletin is not freeware. You need to purchase a license before you can download it:

To be able to post in the support forums you first need to be a licensed customer and register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here:

...and enter your email address (the one you used to register on the forums) in one of the boxes. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access that page.

If you still have problems after doing this, send an email to support@vbulletin.com. Please include your user name, then email address you registered with and your customer number so we can fix the problem.
