Run as... disappeared!

At work sometimes we have to run a program as an administrator from another user account.

In the recent past (within a week) the run as option has disappeared from the menu when you right click a program's icon.

We're wondering where it went and how to get it back. The past week two new programs were installed, iTunes for Windows and Norton System Works Professional 2003. There may also have been some Windows Updates.

Anyhow, how can I make this menu item show up again?

Did you try holding the Shift key while right clicking on the EXE?

Yup. Normally we don't have to do that though.

Have you tried looking at Group Policies. You can disable the Run command through Group Policies, so something/someone could be doing this, especially if it is on a network.
