I'm waiting to hear back from James about this. It sounds like a glitch to me but he's the only one that can answer this.

I just noticed this and send support ticket which steve replied. Sorry steve that I didn't notice this thread first :)

I am glad to hear it is just a glitch. Hopefully no commission got lost :)

Your link seems fine. If you contact the advertiser they should be able to redit you the commission.

That ticket was assigned to James who later closed it. Normally this means he followed and corrected the problem. Are you absolutely sure this was never credited to you? To tell you the truth I couldn't understand what you posted in your ticket.

Also you sent in the ticket long before the problem cited inn this thread happened.

I contacted james the previous time and he tried to help, but it is not resolved yet. Today I send in another one for a new missed comission and tomorrow someone has plans to make a purchase using my link - i am afraid that one will be missed too. I wonder how many people don't let me know they used the link.
