What script would help me do this...?

Hi guys,

Starting a new story-based site, and I would like the following functionality:

- ability for people to post stories, which will be held for approval, either with a user account or anonymously
- ability for people to comment on stories
- for people to be able to rate stories
- to be able to pull out random entries for display on the main page

What script would be able to do this? Does anyone have an idea? Blog? Hacked forum? Portal system *shudder*?

vBulletin can do it great.

Just let registered and unregistered usergroups be able to post, but moderate their posts.

Thread ratings, comments=replies.

Only thing is the random thing, but that wouldnt be very hard to do!

Unfortunately I only have one vB license, and it is not associated with this site I am building...
