Hello??? Installation help??

On Feb 7 I paid for the software and the first time installation service. I'm very anxious to get started, and haven't heard anything about getting it installed!

I've emailed support, no response.

It sounds like you guys are busy, but a response would be very nice. Maybe there is something I'm supposed to be doing????

Still haven't heard from anybody!!

Okay, so is there anyone else out there who can install this on my hosting company's location for my new website? The hosting company I use is Prohosting.

Also, is this typical support response time? Or is it because they are in the middle of the new release?
