newspro software?

A while back a user on the forums released his "newspro" software, that was like the old newspro, but made in PHP and used MySQL I believe, I tried doing a search for newspro because I'm pretty sure he used that in the name of his program. Just wondering if anyone remembers the same thread, and if they maybe have a link.
