This is strange - we changed hosts a couple of days ago, and had the domain name redirected to the new IP
It then came up and started to work, but then slowly one by one users started posting messages about how the domain name was not working anymore.
Just can not figure it out - it worked all day for me - then just about 20 minutes ago stopped working for me.
This is just weird

I have called Network Solutions and they see no reason why the name is not connecting

Zecheriah, the same thing has happened to us several times while moving. It will seem to propogate and then a day later, the domain name won't work....then it goes back for good. It's just propogation weirdness. Time before last, it was resolving to a totally different site for a day! (I suspect that was more than just propogation weirdness....ie somebody *somewhere* configured something wrong.)

when you repoint a domain, not all ISP's propogate it to their DNS registry at the same time, so there are sometimes periods when some people can access it correctly and others can't. It should clear up in a few days.

If you know you are going to be switching IP's you should ask your DNS provider to drop your TTL to sixty seconds. Most zones have a 1 day TTL by default.

I had this problem. Found out it was due to My ISP's DNS-Cache.
I Emailed them asking them to update thier DNS cache and I could see the domain within 20 mins of the call ;)

What ever it was has been fixed, thank god
Funny thing is that I had to go visit two boards that are our main competition today for a challenge that was being laid down betwee them and us (and Matts fanhome - but they are really not a major competitor in our field - yet)
theHuddle.com, which is the biggest Fantasy Football independent on the net is not showing up under there name FFToday.com is having major posting probs (UBB Board)
Made me feel a little better knowing that the competition was having probs at the same time :)
