mysql (errno: 13)

I have a recently setup Celeron2.4 server with Ventues Online. Now im just getting the feel for the new CP, and I have gotten into myPHPadmin but when I try to create a new DB I get some sorta (errno: 13)

I have ran searches on mysql.com and google, but I can't get a straight "dumbed" down answer to follow?

Anyone? Thanks :)

error 13 is permission denied.. you probably don't have the right permissions for your mysql user to create databases... contact VO and ask
